A new-build coastal residence engineered for resilience in a salt-laden climate, with a layered lighting scheme designed to shift with daylight and occupancy.

The challenge
Deliver a premium residential electrical system in an exposed coastal environment where corrosion, damp and long cable runs from outbuildings all had to be managed without compromising interior finishes.
Design response
We specified marine-grade containment for exposed runs, segregated lighting control to a DALI backbone, and designed a distribution philosophy that keeps critical loads on a backed-up sub-board.
Installation
Phased first and second fix around the build programme, with concealed containment, labelled boards and a clean, photographed handover.
