The challenge
Fit out a Cat-A shell into a dense, flexible workspace within a live central-London building, with zero downtime to neighbouring tenants.
Design response
A raised-floor busbar and grid distribution philosophy allowed desks to be reconfigured safely without re-cabling, with lighting zones mapped to team areas.
Installation
Night-shift isolation windows and a clean, documented handover protected neighbouring tenants and the building's lettable programme.
